EGH offers a comprehensive range of support services. Standard EGH maintenance and support includes access to EGH technical support 15 hours per day, five days per week, 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time. EGH also offers premium support options, including full 24 x 7 coverage.
EGH does not outsource our customer support operation. Calls are answered
by knowledgeable technical support staff who typically have years'
of experience with our products and always have direct access to our
developers. Support issues are therefore addressed quickly and efficiently.
EGH offers an array of on-site training programs for new customers.
Our approach to TelSA training is based on our experience with the
various types of personnel in our customers' organizations. Training
modules target the needs of specific classes of users, e.g. operators,
clerks or managers. Our customers usually prefer that we deliver training
sessions during the days prior and following system installation.
